FootageDrop 0.5.10 for Windows (zip)
===============================

Most people should use the installer, "FootageDrop-Setup.exe", instead: it
adds FootageDrop to the Start menu and keeps it up to date by itself. This zip
is the same app for anyone who would rather not install it.

1. Unzip first
Right-click the zip and choose "Extract All...", then pick a folder you
will keep, such as Documents\FootageDrop. Do not run FootageDrop from inside
the zip: it will not work properly there.

2. Open FootageDrop
In the folder you extracted, open the "FootageDrop" folder and double-click
   FootageDrop.exe.

3. The blue "Windows protected your PC" screen
If this build is not signed, Windows SmartScreen warns about it.
Click "More info", check the publisher says Unknown and the app says
FootageDrop.exe, then click "Run anyway". You only need to do this once.

FootageDrop adds itself to the Start menu so its notifications can appear.
Closing the window leaves it running next to the clock (the system tray),
so uploads carry on; right-click its icon there to quit.

Updates: this unzipped copy does not update itself. When there is a new
version, FootageDrop says so in Settings > Updates and offers the installer,
"FootageDrop-Setup.exe". Installed that way, FootageDrop updates itself from then
on. Your projects and settings are kept either way.
